Handmade jewelry is meant to last a lifetime, however in the event of damage please send a repair request to heather@olearidesigns.com and await further instructions. Once approved, send your repairs with your choice of carrier with insurance and tracking.

Shipping

Orders are insured and sent via UPS. If you have a preferred method of shipment, please request so immediately after ordering.
